Ghostwriting

Articles, posts, and thought leadership written under your name, from one interview and the material you already have.

$100 per hour

You have the thinking, but not the afternoon it takes to turn it into an article or a post that sounds like you. We ask for an hour of your time in an interview instead of a day at the keyboard.

What we write

  • Bylined articles and thought leadership
  • Blog posts and article series
  • LinkedIn posts and commentary
  • Speeches and conference talks
  • Briefing documents and board papers
  • Website and marketing copy that has to sound like a person
  • Internal guidance and policy documents
  • House style guides

How it works

We interview you first. The finished piece has to contain your thinking, not ours, so before any writing happens, you spend an hour or so talking us through your positions and the things you say that nobody else says.

We do the research. Whatever the piece needs, we source it, and you can stand behind every claim because we can show you where it came from.

You review a draft, not a finished piece. The first version is a proposal: you mark it up and we revise, and two rounds is typical.

It has to sound like you. If it doesn’t, it’s failed, however good the prose is.

Where we stop

We don’t ghostwrite anything a student will submit for a degree. Work submitted for a qualification has to be the student’s own. If you’re a student, we can edit what you’ve written within your institution’s rules, or coach you while you write it.

What it costs

$100 an hour, covering the interview, the research, the writing, and the revision rounds.

This is the hardest service to quote sight unseen, because so much depends on how much research the piece needs. Tell us the subject, the audience, the length, and the deadline, and we’ll give you a range before we start.

Billing is hourly at our standard rates. If you’re working to a fixed budget, tell us and we’ll adjust the scope to fit.
